3. Product, Health, & FDA Disclaimer
DAX Eyewear sunglasses are designed for fashion and general protection against UV rays. They are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. In accordance with US FDA regulations (21 CFR 801.410), our lenses are impact-resistant; however, they are not shatterproof or unbreakable. Our sunglasses are not classified as safety glasses and should not be used as protective eyewear in hazardous environments, industrial environments, or high-contact sports.
4. Accuracy of Information & Colors
We strive to display the colors and details of our sunglasses as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see depend on your computer monitor or mobile device screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
