We get it — life happens. That’s why every pair of DAX Eyewear is backed by our Risk-Free Warranty:

If your sunglasses are lost, broken, or stolen within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace them — no hassle, no drama.

What’s Covered

Our 1-Year Risk-Free Warranty includes:

  • Accidental damage (scratches, cracks, breaks)
  • Lost or stolen sunglasses
  • Manufacturer defects (hinges, lenses, nose pieces, etc.)

What’s Not Covered

We want to take care of you — but there are a few fair-use limits:

  • Style swaps 
  • More than one replacement per item
  • Orders outside the U.S.

This is a one-time replacement per item and does not extend to repeat claims unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.

How to File a Claim

Fill out and submit the form below with the following information:

  • Your order number (or the boutique name if you purchased in-store)
  • A short description of what happened
  • A photo of the sunglasses (if you still have them)

Don’t have a receipt? No problem — we’ll do our best to verify your purchase based on the style and boutique name. If you need to reach out before filling out the form, simple do so here: hello@daxeyewear.com

Costs & Returns

  • This is a no-cost-to-you policy. We'll cover the cost of the glasses and shipping. If you're glasses are out of stock, we'll reach out and you can pick a new pair.
